Experience photography in a place with its people
This workshop is for all photographers who like to explore a place and its people with their camera, but have only a vague idea of what exactly Street & People are all about.
As part of the ninth Buskers Festival, the international street art festival in Vienna, you’ll have the chance to expand your knowledge and put your newly learned skills into practice together with our Canon Academy trainer David Pichler.
The Buskers Festival offers us street art at the highest level: clowning, juggling and acrobatics, graffiti, music of all kinds, dance and performance art, cloth and fire acrobatics, object and improv theater and much more, will be our exciting motifs.

What you should bring
- Optimally your own EOS camera including battery and memory card
- Additional lenses and accessories, if necessary
- Basic knowledge of photography
- A desire for creative light and image worlds
By appointment, you are welcome to test cameras and lenses provided by Canon as part of the course. You are also welcome to come to this workshop with older Canon EOS cameras.
Learning Goal
You will learn the optimal use of your Canon EOS camera and know the most important technical basics of digital photography. You will get a basic knowledge of street & people photography, how to choose subjects, work with them and build your images in an exciting way.
